Grazertrack (Pty) Ltd provides tracking devices and software for asset monitoring. Our products are intended as monitoring tools only and do not constitute a security service. We do not provide armed response, asset recovery, or law enforcement assistance.
3. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
- Grazertrack (Pty) Ltd provides tracking products and software on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
- Grazertrack (Pty) Ltd makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, availability, or effectiveness of its products or services.
- Grazertrack (Pty) Ltd is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of assets, business interruptions, loss of profits, personal injury, or property damage arising from the use or inability to use its products or software.
- The customer acknowledges that tracking technology has inherent limitations and may be affected by factors beyond Grazertrack (Pty) Ltd’s control, including but not limited to GPS signal interference, cellular network availability, environmental conditions, and unauthorized tampering.
- Grazertrack (Pty) Ltd does not assume liability for any security failures or failure to prevent theft, loss, or damage of any asset, and customers remain fully responsible for their own security measures.
- Customers agree to use Grazertrack (Pty) Ltd products at their own risk and acknowledge that Grazertrack (Pty) Ltd is not liable for any third-party reliance on its tracking data.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, customers waive any claims against Grazertrack (Pty) Ltd arising from or related to product use, service interruptions, or third-party actions.
4. Warranty & Support

5. Unauthorized Resale & Distribution
- Grazertrack (Pty) Ltd products are intended for end-user use only and may not be resold, distributed, or marketed without prior written authorization.
- Unauthorized resale may result in legal action, cancellation of warranties, and termination of access to Grazertrack (Pty) Ltd services.
- Grazertrack retains the right to restrict sales and refuse service to any party engaged in unauthorized resale.
6. Data Sharing & Third-Party Access
- Customers may choose to share their asset location data or other tracking and monitoring information with third parties at their own discretion. Grazertrack (Pty) Ltd is not responsible for any consequences arising from such data sharing, including but not limited to security risks, unauthorized access, or misuse of data by third parties. Customers remain fully responsible for ensuring that any shared data is handled in compliance with applicable privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.

8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Grazertrack (Pty) Ltd, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Misuse of our products or services.

- Any third-party claims related to your use of Grazertrack (Pty) Ltd products.
9. Service Restrictions & Termination
- Grazertrack (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to restrict sales, refuse service, or terminate accounts found in violation of these Terms.
- Any abuse, tampering, or unauthorized modifications may lead to suspension or permanent service termination.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from the use of Grazertrack (Pty) Ltd’s products or services shall be resolved through mediation or, if necessary, in the appropriate South African courts.
