Warranty Coverage
Grazertrack provides a 12-month limited warranty from the date of dispatch, covering manufacturing defects. Under this warranty, Grazertrack will repair or replace defective products at its discretion.
Key Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Water damage (if Grazertrack did not perform the final sealing of the device).
- Electrostatic damage (ESD) due to improper handling.
- Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, lightning, or power surges.
- Lithium-Polymer (Li-Po) backup batteries, which have a limited lifespan. Replacement batteries can be supplied upon request.
Returns Policy (New & Unused Products Only)
- Customers may return new, unused products in their original condition within 31 days of purchase.
- All returns must be shipped at the customer’s expense to Grazertrack’s designated warehouse location.
- No restocking fee will be charged.
- Refunds will be processed within 31 days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Warranty Claims & Process
If a device is suspected to be faulty:
- Contact us at [email protected] with details of the issue.
- If approved, the product must be returned at the customer’s expense for assessment.
- If a warranty claim is accepted, Grazertrack will:
- Repair or replace the faulty product.
- Ship the repaired or replacement product back to the customer at their expense.
- If a replacement is unavailable, a credit note for the original purchase price will be issued.
International Customers
- Customers outside South Africa are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs fees, and import duties.
- Warranty replacements will be shipped using standard international shipping. Expedited shipping is available at the customer’s cost.
Important Notice
By purchasing a Grazertrack product, the customer acknowledges that they have assessed the product’s suitability for their needs. Other than the manufacturer’s warranty, Grazertrack is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
