You acknowledge that tracking and wireless technologies have inherent limitations, including but not limited to:

- cellular network availability,
- power supply or battery issues,

- any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages;
- loss of livestock, vehicles, or assets;

In such cases, any funds received will be refunded in full.

7. Payment & Subscription Terms
Some Grazertrack products and services include recurring subscription fees (for example, SIM/data connectivity or platform access).
- Billing: Subscription fees are charged monthly or annually in advance, depending on the plan selected.
- Renewals: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
- Cancellations: Customers may cancel subscriptions by contacting us in writing at least 7 days before renewal.
- Non-payment: Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of device connectivity or account access.
- Refunds: Subscription payments are non-refundable once the service period has begun, except where required by law.
- Price changes: Grazertrack (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to adjust subscription prices with reasonable notice.
All payments must be made in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
